About Tiia
After taking some time to really educate myself on food and nutrition through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and through hours of research and development in & out of the kitchen, I was finally able to end my symptoms of bloating & fatigue. For years I struggled with digestive issues and just felt uncomfortable in my clothes. Eating whole foods helped me re-gain my health and vitality back!
I learned about the benefits of whole foods and how to use them in everyday cooking, then went on to learn about how processed foods, artificial flavors, colors, sugars or anything made in a factory serve no benefit to our health and body.
I drastically cut down on those foods and filled up on vegetables, fruits, naturally sourced proteins, grains, and nuts & seeds. I still enjoy some treats and enjoy the odd take out, but when I’m cooking from home, I focus on whole food ingredients that fuel my body.
I want to share with you what I have learned and empower you in the kitchen. Food is nourishment, fuel, and means living a more happy and healthy life. Cooking from scratch doesn’t need to be complicated or you don’t need to follow the latest fad diet to be healthy.
There isn't one diet that works for everyone, but we can all benefit from eating more whole, natural and healing foods. Plus, it’s delicious (follow my recipes and you’ll see!).
